Sandy lanes lined with Loblolly Pines and Magnolias. Sunsets over endless water vistas. A small bridge, then another, then another. Towns from a distant time brimming with new energies. On a local dock, crabs fresh from the bay, tomatoes from a family farm, three generations young. Its the way the light bounces off the meandering creeks, the boats under sail and the crisp briny air. It is our Eastern Shore and all are welcome.
Celebrate friends, celebrate family, celebrate life.
Its not a buzzword. Its not a fad, a trend or a hash tag. Its knowing where each ingredient comes from. Its knowing that as much care went into growing it as you are putting into preparing and serving it. You can taste that. Its in Taylors Butter and Sugar sweet corn and in Hummingbird Farms heirloom tomatoes. Cottingham’s organic Dinosaur Kale with fingerling new potatoes, a touch of rosemary a dash of pink sea salt—perfect.
Table six is allergic to shellfish, table nine is gluten free and the groom’s mother only drinks chardonnay. At promptly 7pm the new bride and groom want to dance to Death Cab for Cutie and they’d like the cake to be cut an hour later. We got this.
Catering isn’t simply food. It is a thousand details and personal requests that make everyone, including the hosts, feel at home. Your guests are our guests.
Watermelon and radicchio, Greek feta with a whiff of the Mediterranean. Each ingredient, unique and full of character, adding to the sumptuous whole.
Making the simple sublime.
Plated, individually, artfully, tastefully. The same beautiful dish served one hundred times—the first receiving the same attention as the last.
Pleasing a gathering of many is not simple multiplication. It is experience, timing, coordination, a practiced rhythm—a dance—perfection made routine.
We gather around food to celebrate life. We gather to celebrate new unions and old. We celebrate those we are with and those that live on in our hearts. We eat, we drink, we laugh. We build the bonds and the memories that we will celebrate when we are together again. L’ chaim—to life!
Sample menus—A sketch of what is seasonal, what is fresh. Your vision, our experience. A Collaborative process. Blue sky dreaming.
Tasting—Beautiful platings, a different sauce, a new season of produce, a bouquet of choices.
A Special Request—Making Grandma Emma’s pierogies for four-hundred, Kalyanam—Indian wedding rice—to surprise an extended family that has traveled so far.
Indulge every whim. Ignite the senses. Family, new and old, coming together over food to celebrate, to be as one.
Viennese Cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, orange peel, Calibout chocolate - just a few perfumes from our bakers emporium. Fresh from the oven—the smell of home, of celebration, of pure joy.
Butter, eggs, flower, sugar—universal elements—combined with great care, prepared with patience and skill.
Workmanship raised to artistry.
Simply delightful, simply delicious.
Julia Child wisely opined, “A party without a cake is just a meeting.” Agreed!
"With PeachBlossoms Events, Laurie and her helpful staff - our Wedding was truly the best day of our lives. I can't choose a favorite part or even a favorite photo. We are still wearing our incredibly bright smiles. We glow."

"PeachBlossoms catered our daughter's Wedding Reception in May for close to 300 guests at our home on the water. Every detail was well planned and executed seamlessly. Our family had a perfectly relaxed week with our best friends and family. It could not have been more delightful. Receptions at home can be stressful—not with PeachBlossoms and Laurie. Thank you."
